Why do we collect Data?

We collect data for three reasons:

1) The Hotel records Order 1972 which requires us to have a record of who is staying on the property;

2) Our insurance requires it in case of an issue and we need to provide evidence to the authorities (fire, etc). In the event of a damages claim they will pursue each guest individually and not just the lead guest;

We retain the data for 12 months. We appreciate that you may not have had to do this in the past, but we take our responsibilities under Fire Safety and our Public Liability Insurance very seriously.

Entry codes will be sent upon receiving a fully completed Online Check-in.
